Pricing is based on your practice size and claims volume. Growth starts at $299/mo + 12% of recovered revenue. Professional is $599/mo + 10% of recovered revenue. We only get paid when we successfully recover your denied claims.

How does the performance fee work?

The performance fee is a percentage of successfully recovered revenue — typically 10-12% depending on your tier. You only pay when we win your appeals. If we don't recover revenue, you don't pay the performance fee. It's a true win-win: we succeed only when you do.

What counts as a claim?

Each claim parsed from your EDI 835 files counts toward your monthly limit. A single file may contain one or hundreds of claims depending on the remittance.

What does onboarding look like?

Our team handles everything — provider configuration, clearinghouse setup, and initial 835 file import. Most practices are live within a few days of signing up.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.
